Time to get back on track
After a couple of disappointing results, its time for Liverpool to regain composure, starting with Wolves this afternoon.
It’s been a tough couple of weeks, getting knocked out of the FA Cup at Plymouth then being robbed of victory at Goodison. It’s time to regain our composure and return to winning ways. Liverpool skipper Virgil van Dijk puts it perfectly in today’s matchday programme notes…
The head-to-head stats are certainly in our favour…
Liverpool have won 15 of the 16 most recent top-flight meetings, with the exception a 3-0 loss at Molineux in February 2023.
Wolves have lost nine of their 10 Premier League games at Anfield, only avoiding defeat in a 1-0 win in December 2010.
Unfortunately, Arne Slot’s pre-match presser was dominated by discussion about his red card at Everton, so we didn’t get a lot of info ahead of Sunday’s game.
If you’ve not got a ticket for today’s game at Anfield then check out our TV and Live Stream Info to find out where you can watch it wherever you are in the world.
